Electrical Operations Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead complex electrical installation work on defense construction projects, bridging technical execution with operational leadership. Manage a team of electricians (up to 15) and oversee daily electrical construction activities including equipment installation, LV/HV power and control cable installation, and cable management. Drive execution plans, deployment of workforce, and monitor cost, schedule, and quality to ensure on-time, code-compliant delivery. Serve as liaison between engineering/design, scheduling, and field crews; enforce NEC/NFPA and DoD standards; foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement; engage with union labor and ensure compliance with workforce standards. Requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with background in electrical construction, ship construction, or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred)
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
- PMP or CM certification (a plus)
- 5+ years’ experience in electrical construction
- experience leading a crew (Group Leader/Foreman/General Foreman or similar)
- experience with NEC/NFPA and DoD/government electrical standards
- experience with union labor
- ability to interpret electrical drawings and work packages
Desired Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- OSHA 30 certification
- PMP or CM certification (a plus)
