Job Summary
Electrical Operations Manager responsible for overseeing daily electrical operations, service delivery, and overall efficiency of the Electrical division. Leads a team of technicians, project managers, and administrative staff to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include developing operational policies, managing scheduling and project execution, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring inventory and procurement, budgeting and KPI analysis, bid proposals and cost estimation, recruitment and development of staff, maintaining customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and implementing scheduling/dispatch software and energy-efficient solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Electrical operations
- at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
- Electrical industry certifications preferred but not required
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial and business acumen including budgeting and cost management
- Proficiency in software, scheduling systems, and CRM platforms
- Deep knowledge of Electrical systems, codes, and regulations
