Job Summary
Lead a team and manage daily operations for Custom Arc Services' electrical craft personnel, recruiting union IBEW specialty electricians, and developing core General Forepersons and Forepersons across Bechtel projects in North America. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing with site construction managers, managing labor relations and disputes to prevent schedule delays, representing Custom Arc in meetings, developing and approving labor/ construction studies, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements, driving process-improvement initiatives, forecasting workforce needs, and developing contract language and negotiation strategies for IBEW union contracts. Requires extensive experience with IBEW, union project oversight, and senior-level leadership and communication with project leadership, safety, and environmental teams.
Required Qualifications
- Required bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience
- Requires 15 years of relevant work experience with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW)
- 20+ years of relevant work experience on union projects
- Industrial Construction Technical Skills including critical Craft Professional Work Scopes, Qualifications
- 20+ Years in Craft Supervision on Direct Hire work
- Experience in electrical, structural, equipment operation, rigging, scaffolding
- Willingness to Travel in US, as required
