Job Summary
Lead a team ensuring electrical networks across all voltage levels comply with statutory, regulatory, and ESP standards through policy setting, technical standard maintenance, and Tier 2 assurance. Manage budgets for planned and unplanned asset activities while auditing maintenance delivery, establishing accurate asset records, and reporting on electrical portfolio health and key performance indicators. Direct responses to network emergencies and outages, champion emerging technology integration, and maintain ISO 55001 accreditation alongside industry and regulatory forums.
Required Qualifications
- Broad range of knowledge across electricity distribution with experience of LV, HV and EHV networks
- Experience of fault response
- Experience of network development
- Experience of policy setting
- Knowledge and operational experience of electrical distribution networks across the UK
- Broad knowledge of the electricity industry Standards, Recommendations, Specifications and Legislation relevant to the construction and operation of electricity distribution networks
- Understanding of the Regulatory and HSE Framework
- Computer Literate and data analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Comfortable working in a team environment
