Job Summary
Manage electrical systems for greenfield projects, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance for the production facility. Prepare electrical load calculations and perform load analysis for production lines while ensuring compliance with electrical codes, HT/LT systems, industrial power layouts, and FSSAI requirements. Work with SCADA, EMS, and GEP systems to improve electrical performance and minimize downtime. Document testing, commissioning reports, audit documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support efficient plant operations. This role ensures food processing standards are met and downtime is minimized at the Greenfield Liquid ORS Manufacturing Plant in Acharpura, Bhopal.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in greenfield industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical load calculations
- Strong knowledge of industrial power distribution
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes
- Hands-on experience with testing
- Hands-on experience with commissioning
- Hands-on experience with documentation
- Exposure to SCADA
- Exposure to Energy Management Systems (EMS)
- Exposure to GEP principles
- Ability to ensure compliance with FSSAI
- Ability to ensure compliance with industrial safety standards
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Process Manufacturing industries
