Job Summary
Electrical Maintenance Technician will maintain, service, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems used in utilities and facilities areas. They will be required to work on a variety of electrical equipment ranging from lighting systems to power distribution, and motors. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairs on commercial and industrial equipment (e.g., Variable Frequency Drives, motors and controls, power distribution, lighting management), performing preventive maintenance (infrared scanning, bonding and grounding), communicating status via email/voicemail/Maximo, working with voltages up to 13,200 and minimum 480-volt experience, completing training, developing techniques to meet specifications, assisting with job plans and service protocols, ensuring GxP and safety policies, and supporting other duties as assigned. Required knowledge includes basic power tools and measurement tools in an industrial setting.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma with 5+ yrs. experience or Relevant Certificate with 3+ yrs. experience or Associates Technical degree with 1+ yrs. experience
