Job Summary
Troubleshoot, assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems using necessary tools to keep equipment available and capable. Adhere to HSE standards by stopping work to report major injury hazards, illnesses, incidents, or hazards immediately. Provide feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system and support equipment uptime while analyzing downtime failures. Instruct and coach others on safe electrical protocols and high standards of workmanship. Participate in continuous improvement activities and TPM teams to drive enhancements in quality, safety, and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, electrical repairs, and maintenance
- Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment
- Adherence to HSE standards
- Ability to stop work and report major injury hazards immediately
- Ability to instruct or coach others
- Participation in continuous improvement activities and TPM teams
