Job Summary
Electrical Maintenance Technician responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical systems, Building Automation Systems (KNX), and KNX-controlled installations. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations, inspection of panels, lighting, wiring and equipment, troubleshooting faults, monitoring KNX BAS, supporting programming adjustments within KNX environments, operating smart building controls (lighting, blinds, HVAC integration, sensors), diagnosing communication issues, coordinating with external specialists, maintaining maintenance records, and ensuring safety compliance. Requires hands-on KNX experience, knowledge of BMS/BAS, ability to read electrical drawings, and proficiency in Greek and English; driving license is required. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrician, Electrical Technician, or Automation Technician
- Hands-on experience with KNX systems is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS) is an advantage
- Experience with electrical installations, controls, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of low-voltage systems and smart building technologies
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Greek and English language skills required
- Manual driving license required
