Job Summary
Electrical Maintenance Technician responsible for quality installations, repairs, preventive maintenance and inspections of industrial electrical systems, with emphasis on troubleshooting electric overhead cranes. Role requires 75% local travel and 25% overnight travel with per diem, reading blueprints and diagrams, installing and maintaining motor-control devices, PLCs, and 480V 3-phase systems, and providing clear communication with customers and office. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of work experience with similar types of equipment
- Proven experience with electrical troubleshooting
- Experienced with maintenance on overhead cranes
- Ability to read and understand repair manuals/drawings
- Ability to analyze problems, recommend solutions, and initiate repairs
- Ability to obtain customer security badge
- Must have valid Driver's License
