Job Summary
Electrical Maintenance Technician needed for a 1st shift role at a Goshen, IN facility. Responsibilities include performing preventative and reactive maintenance on older and newer industrial equipment, with a strong emphasis on electrical skills and troubleshooting of industrial machinery. Work with a variety of equipment such as robotic welders, manual welders, presses, conveyors, pneumatics, saws, ovens, and powder coating machinery. Support plant operations by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability. Direct placement, onsite, with 1 opening on the 1st shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) and a starting rate of $30–$35/hr depending on experience and electrical skill. Qualifications include 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience focused on electrical, strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and familiarity with PM systems.
