Job Summary
Maintenance Multi-Craft Technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and metal fabrication equipment. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on laser cutting equipment (Amada and CY lasers), CNC turret punches, press brakes, and robotic equipment (Fanuc). Maintains welding automation systems and wire feeders, and conducts general facility maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, groundskeeping). Follows all safety procedures and maintains a clean, organized work environment. Requires 3+ years of industrial or multi-craft maintenance experience, formal electrical training for 24V–480V circuits, and ability to use a multimeter and read electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics; must provide basic hand tools. Preferred qualifications include experience with PLCs, welding, HVAC, and robotic troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial or multi-craft maintenance experience
- Formal electrical training (50+ hours) with demonstrated competency working with 24V–480V electrical circuits
- Ability to use a multimeter and read electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics
- Must provide and maintain basic hand tools
- Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with PLCs, welding, HVAC systems, and robotic troubleshooting is a plus
