Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues across various machines and systems; participate in daily maintenance meetings to discuss plant issues and provide feedback; support continuous improvement efforts and share technical knowledge with team members; respond quickly to production interruptions — production continuity is the top priority; CNC troubleshooting experience is a nice-to-have; strong knowledge of metal fabrication equipment; able to work independently and as part of a team; exemplify safe work practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a production environment
- General knowledge of metal fabrication equipment
- A solid understanding of industrial maintenance concepts
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
