Job Summary
Lead maintenance operations for electrical systems, utilities, overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and facility infrastructure while driving safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. Supervise and develop electrical maintenance technicians; implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs; partner with operations to ensure equipment reliability; conduct audits and leverage CMMS and CAD tools for planning and documentation; maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and team development.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree or high school diploma with 5+ years of electrical experience
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, motors, transformers, and electrical troubleshooting
