Job Summary
Electrical Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of electrical maintenance technicians in an industrial setting, with advanced expertise in PLC programming, automation, and high-voltage systems. Responsibilities include supervisory duties, training and mentoring staff, coordinating cross-departmental maintenance, and troubleshooting/optimizing complex electrical systems. Key technical focus areas include Allen Bradley PLC 5, SLC 500, ControlLogix, DeviceNet, HMI (PanelViews), PowerFlex drives (700, 70, 400, 40, 4), Siemens drives, Servo drives, Honeywell and Partlow controllers, induction furnaces and furnace analytical equipment, power factor correction, and line balancing. Requires strong electronics knowledge, the ability to read/write programs, install and troubleshoot AC/DC systems (120V–1000V), and interpret electrical blueprints/schematics. Preferences include technical certification or associate degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; willingness to work in industrial environments with physical demands. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electronics and industrial automation
