Job Summary
The Electrical Maintenance Mechanic will inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain electrical and electronic systems for production equipment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, programming and troubleshooting PLC systems, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on all related equipment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience on a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic mathematical skills
- Basic computer experience
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- OSHA Forklift certification
- Experience with programming PLCs
- Experience with writing PLC code
