Electrical Maintenance Leader

Job Summary
Lead a maintenance team of up to 10 electrical trades in a 24x7 Western Port manufacturing facility to ensure safety, reliability and manufacturing excellence. Responsible for reviewing equipment performance, leading asset management plans, delivering high-standard output on planned schedules, and nurturing the growth and development of the team. Coordinate resources to support manufacturing units, prioritise future project work, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a strong safety and quality focus. Required Qualifications
- Electrical Trade (A Grade) strongly preferred or suitable tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering and Frontline Leadership
- experience working in a manufacturing environment

- strong customer focus and ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- good communication and influencing skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- experience in hazardous area management would be advantageous
