Electrical Lead Engineer

Job Summary
Lead Engineer responsible for designing control and relay protection systems, electrical plant systems, and integrating third-party systems; create drawings and product configurations; serve as lead engineer in delivery projects, improvement projects, and tenders, ensuring quality and results; coordinate technical work within projects; translate technical requirements into validated designs and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled; work with base design solutions and processes; develop solutions and new ideas; requires experience with Electric CAD (Zuken E3), Engineering Base, and ETAP; experience with FACTS, Substation, or infrastructure projects; proactive, team-oriented, and able to communicate in English and Swedish.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering roles
- Knowledge of Electric CAD systems (Zuken E3) and ETAP; Engineering Base is an advantage
- Knowledge of calculation tools and relay configuration
- Experience with FACTS, Substation, or infrastructure projects is a big advantage
- Fluency in English and Swedish is a must
- EU passport is considered an advantage
