Job Summary
Electrical Journeypersons sought to join PTW team in Regina, SK. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting drawings, testing electrical/electronic equipment for continuity, current, voltage and resistance, installing/replacing/repairing AC/DC motors and drives, PLCs, panel wiring, switchgear, transformers, and related controls, sizing/installing circuits to meet CEC/NEC, and fabricating/installing conduit and wiring. Requires journeyman certification, safety-conscious mindset, ability to work independently or in a team, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license; tickets such as First Aid and Fall Arrest are required. Locality within commuting distance with opportunities for travel/relocation and company benefits are noted.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a certified Journeyman Electrician
- Must be able to take initiative, work independently as well as in a team
- Must be reliable and dependable (punctual and ready to work)
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work safely
- Must have applicable safety tickets (i.e. First Aid, Fall Arrest)
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
