Job Summary
Install conduit, field-mounted devices, and pull wire while performing field and panel terminations on 480V, 120V, and 24V systems. Read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes. Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts, and work without direct supervision in office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities. This 100% traveling position requires 50 to 70 hours per week based on the project schedule, with some night work as needed. Standing, walking, climbing, and driving vehicles are common tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must have knowledge of conveyor system field devices
- Proficiency in reading drawings and follow basic instructions
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Knowledge of safe industrial work practices
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to climb ladders, steps, scaffolding and/or mezzanines
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to sit in and/or drive a vehicle for a long period of time
- Must be able to work in office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities
- Must be able to tolerate possible exposure to noise levels exceeding recommended DBA levels
- Must be available for 50 to 70 Hours per week
- Must be available for some night work
- Must be available for 100% traveling
