ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION VENDOR SURVEILLANCE AUDITOR

Audit supplier surveillance and ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and performance specifications. Perform on-site inspections, document reviews, functional testing, and continuous improvement activities to protect product integrity and maintain supplier accountability. Manage, review and close supplier corrective actions; prepare audit reports with photos and communicate audit information to cross-functional teams and suppliers. Review supplier change notifications and assess impact to internal systems; maintain detailed audit reports and supplier files; interface with suppliers to ensure product compliance with specifications and perform supplier audits as needed. Develop measurement techniques for product release at suppliers; provide support for manufacturing areas; collaborate with production personnel to determine quality metrics and address non-conforming product issues; assist corrective and preventive action investigations to resolve root causes. Read work instructions/drawings to interpret production/assembly information; travel as needed to remote field settings; maintain detailed supplier quality reports; act as liaison between senior management, clients, and vendors.
