Job Summary
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems to ensure safe and efficient refinery operations. Diagnose complex issues involving motors, motor controls, MCCs, VFDs, 480V systems, flow, pressure, temperature, level, analytical equipment, PLCs, DCS, and control loops. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, conduct root cause analysis, and execute continuous improvement initiatives. Operate on a rotating 12-hour swing shift schedule with days and nights, every other weekend off, and built-in extended time off. This role supports Fuji Vegetable Oil's 24/7 production of premium food-grade vegetable oils used by leading chocolate manufacturers, emphasizing safety, teamwork, and technical reliability in heavy industrial manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree, apprenticeship or equivalent experience
- 5+ years industrial maintenance
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- Electrical & instrumentation troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
- Safety-first mindset
