Job Summary
Lead, motivate and develop a team of electrical & instrumentation engineers to execute refrigeration packages involving API 619 machines, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, piping, and motors. Drive continuous improvement to lean, transparent, and digital processes; coordinate with Projects, SCM, Quality, and Factory; maintain customer relations; manage sub-vendor qualification and procurement; lead critical project meetings (KOM, PIM, HAZOP, SIL) and ensure on-time, quality deliveries; prepare/validate BOMs and engineering drawings; evaluate vendor technical offers and provide approvals; support shop floor and site issues, and capture lessons learned. Must be well-versed in IEC, ISA, UL, API, NFPA, ISO standards and comfortable with instrument and control system design, wiring diagrams, IO lists, alarm/trip lists, control narratives, and logic diagrams; experienced with Autocad Electrical / Eplan, instrumentation sizing, panel layout, JB/Cable schedules, earthing layouts, and field troubleshooting, commissioning, and start-up.
