Job Summary
Electrical & Instrumentation Department Manager leads the department, directs work assignments, ensures affordable utilization of staff, manages budget and expenditures, prepares workload and monthly financial reports, collaborates with business development and project teams on proposals, recruits and develops staff, conducts performance evaluations, interprets policies, ensures QA/QC and safety policy compliance, and provides expert technical guidance to support profitable growth and achievement of financial targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- 7 years direct experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred
