Electrical & Instrument Foreman

Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and instrument systems in the food manufacturing facility while leading a team of technicians. Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure projects meet timelines and budget constraints. Diagnose and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime, implement preventive maintenance, and execute approved engineering modifications. Conduct routine tours to inspect systems, address safety findings, and maintain accurate records of activities. Participate in daily operational and engineering safety committee meetings to discuss progress and compliance. Generate daily reports and coordinate with other departments to optimize system performance within the manufacturing process.
