Job Summary
As a full-time Instructor for Skilled Trades, you will lead hands-on training, mentor students, and ensure classroom safety and tool management. Your key duties include teaching from pre-developed lesson plans, tracking attendance and grades, maintaining classroom cleanliness, managing tools and equipment, and assisting with curriculum updates. You will also support new instructor onboarding and provide tutoring and mentoring to students.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the last 10 years of field taught
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Work in shop or lab environments
