Job Summary
As a full-time Electrical Instructor, you will lead hands-on training and mentor students in skilled trades. Key responsibilities include teaching pre-developed lesson plans, engaging students with different learning styles, tracking attendance and grades, maintaining classroom cleanliness and safety, managing tools and equipment, supporting new instructor onboarding, assisting with curriculum updates and testing, and providing short-term tutoring and mentoring. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in shop or lab environments.
Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the last 10 years of field taught
