Job Summary
Teach hands-on electrical skills using real equipment and scenarios while demonstrating proper installation, wiring methods, and safety procedures. Share jobsite knowledge, troubleshooting techniques, and code best practices to mentor students from beginners to advanced learners. Prepare students for licensing and certification, working independently within a supported education team. No lesson plans required; we provide curriculum and training. You must hold a valid Mass E, A, or B Electrical license with at least three years of hands-on experience. Work Monday through Thursday from 6:45am to 3:15pm and Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. This role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and allows you to extend your electrical career without emergency calls or weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Mass E, A or B Electrical license
- At least 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, wiring methods, and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and manage your day
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Mon-Thurs 6:45am- 3:15pm and Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
