Job Summary
Deliver structured classroom and hands-on technical training covering electrical safety, NEC concepts, blueprint reading, conduit installation, wire pulling, and troubleshooting. Design short, topic-driven pilot sprints and longer, outcome-designed learning pathways to build skill progression. Mentor and coach employees to develop technical competence, while screening job applicants and assessing crew performance against established standards. Model and enforce safety expectations, including LOTO procedures, PPE use, and hazard recognition during all training activities. Maintain accurate attendance and competency records in the Learning Management System.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of commercial electrical construction methods, materials, tools, equipment, and installation practices
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety practices, including OSHA requirements, NFPA 70E concepts, LOTO, PPE, and electrical hazards
