Job Summary
Install and repair wiring, electrical systems, and fixtures in new residential developments according to NEC and local codes. Connect systems to power lines, install conduits and circuit breakers, and read blueprints to ensure safety and accuracy. Replace damaged wiring or components as needed while performing other related duties assigned by management. This role requires a high school diploma, one year of residential new construction experience, and proficiency with hand and power tools. Candidates must own their tools, hold a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, and be able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of residential new construction experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
- Ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic tools
- Proficient with hand tools and power tools
- Must have own tools
- Valid driver's license
- Clean MVR
- Must be able to see color-coded wiring
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work on ladders
- Able to work on scaffolding
- Able to work in tight spaces
- Must be able to frequent standing
- Must be able to frequent kneeling

- Must be able to frequent pulling cables through conduits
