Job Summary
Install, program, test, repair, and service a variety of systems including security, fire alarm & life safety. Collaborate with customers and internal colleagues, providing technical support and training. Interpret manuals and schematics, handle equipment repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Possess strong construction skills, mechanical and electrical aptitude, and verbal communication abilities. Persons will need basic hand tools to perform tasks.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in electronic security industry
- Previous construction experience including some level of electrical or a low voltage background
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant trade designation (e.g. Electrician)
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation
- Experience with Axis / Bosch / DMP / Lenel / Software House
