Job Summary
Electrical Inside Sales Representative for Industrial Sales in Findlay, OH. Serve as primary point of contact for customer accounts, provide product guidance, pricing, and order support; prepare quotes; support outside sales; source non-stock products; track orders and expedit shipments; provide technical support on industrial electrical and automation solutions; identify cross-sell opportunities; collaborate with internal teams for a consistent customer experience. Opportunities span industrial electrical components, automation and control systems, PLC platforms and networking, sensors and safety systems, motor controls, drives, and power distribution equipment. Ideal candidates have experience in electrical distribution or industrial supply, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and are pursuing or have completed a degree in a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required. Minimum 2+ years in inside sales or related field preferred; training available. Base salary $50,000–$73,500 with average annual commission $2,500–$5,000; total compensation potential $52,500–$78,500+.
