Electrical Industrial Superintendent

Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical activities for new manufacturing construction projects, leading crews and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide installations while conducting site inspections to verify quality and adherence to plans. Manage project budgets, schedules, and materials to prevent delays, ensuring all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations. Collaborate with other trades and departments for seamless execution, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Provide training and mentorship to team members to build a knowledgeable workforce. Minimum of five years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in industrial construction required, with OSHA certification preferred.
