Job Summary
Conduct new hire and site-specific orientations covering emergency plans, fall protection, and HAZCOM. Perform field inspections of safety equipment, fire extinguishers, and ground assurance while enforcing Life Critical Policies. Accompany injured employees to medical facilities for case management and assist in accident investigations to implement corrective actions. Participate in daily JSEA and toolbox meetings, enter behavioral-based safety observations into the database, and perform monthly inspections of the site office and tool trailers. Provide on-site coaching to ensure safe work practices and stay current on OSHA, MSHA, and NFPA regulatory requirements. Work a 58-hour week reporting to the Project Safety Coordinator.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience as an HSE technician in Electrical
- valid Driver's License or State identification
- Social Security Card
- State and/or local license/certifications
- 58-hour workweek

- Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
- Associate Safety Professional (ASP)
- Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST)
- Construction Site Safety Technician (CSST)
- NFPA 70E knowledge
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
