Job Summary
Contact customers to confirm estimated time of arrival and establish rapport to encourage repeat business. Respond to customer requests and resolve issues while promoting the company brand. Assist with installation of electrical wiring, outlets, fixtures, and panels using testing equipment to identify problems. Support electricians in repairing or replacing wiring, fixtures, and components while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Perform physical labor including running wire, cutting, and assembling components, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly. Work outdoors in various weather conditions and follow all safety policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of electrical or construction-related experience preferred
- Working knowledge of standard hand and power tools used in electrical work
- Ability to assist with running wire, cutting, and assembling electrical components
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
- Honest, reliable, and professional when interacting with customers
- Ability to perform physical labor in various positions for extended periods
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays
- Comfortable with physical labor and hands-on work
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
- Customer service oriented
- Energetic, positive, and self-motivated
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites around Albuquerque, NM
- Must be able to complete a criminal background check
- Must be able to complete an MVR review
- Must be able to complete a drug screening
