Job Summary
Lead electrical hardware design for industrial endoscope imaging systems, overseeing the full design pipeline from upstream system/architecture to downstream circuit and PCB design, while guiding a development team. Responsibilities include developing imaging systems and video technology for the RVI business, designing analog and digital circuits, collaborating with other developers and related departments to optimize imaging technology as a system, coordinating with product leaders to align with the product roadmap, and participating in VoC/PoC meetings to capture customer insights and drive innovation. Requires 5+ years of electronics circuit design/development experience and leadership experience; desirable experience includes high-speed/high-bandwidth circuit development, image sensor peripheral circuits, EMC and electrical safety testing, image equipment design, image processing knowledge, optical knowledge, and at least beginner-level English. The role is positioned within Tokyo, Japan, and is described as in-person collaboration.
