Electrical Group Manager

Lead and mentor the electrical group within the Electrical Department; define project scope of work and budget, review and update standards and specifications, and drive quality through project design reviews. Build and maintain productive relationships with employees, clients, and stakeholders; oversee staffing in collaboration with the Project Manager; ensure financial and technical project success and high client satisfaction. Serve as SME on technical issues, represent the firm at technical conferences and client meetings, and support performance evaluations while guiding the team toward continued growth and excellence.
