Job Summary
Define project scope of work and budget for proposals; review and update electrical department standards, details, and specifications. Establish relationships with employees, clients, and stakeholders while conducting quality control through project reviews. Mentor group members, coach technical leaders, and assist in performance management evaluations. Collaborate with the Project Manager to determine staffing needs and assure financial and technical project success. Provide subject matter expertise to clients and represent the firm at technical conferences and client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college/university
- 10+ years applicable design experience in consulting engineering and/or construction projects
- Professional License, NJ & NY
