Electrical General Superintendent

Oversee multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects by directly supervising 50+ employees, including field supervisors, lead persons, crew leaders, journeypersons, apprentices, and helpers. Manage assigned construction projects, trade contractors, and field personnel to ensure scheduled completion within established budget, time frames, quality, and performance standards. Lay out project work, review documents and specifications, and coordinate field installations while resolving construction difficulties. Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business, and conduct annual performance evaluations of assigned personnel. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Human Resources, Estimating, Accounting, and Finance, and interact with owners, architects, engineers, and vendors. Requires completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program, four years of field supervision experience, and high-level interpersonal and communication skills.
