Job Summary
Electrical General Superintendent responsible for leading and developing field operations, standardizing policies, and ensuring safety, quality, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction across projects. Key duties include mentoring Superintendents and Foremen, establishing field standards, conducting project audits and leadership evaluations, overseeing manpower planning and forecasting, aligning field and project management, driving six-week planning and execution standards, supporting recruiting and leadership development, monitoring labor productivity and schedule performance, and maintaining relationships with owners, general contractors, and customers. Core competencies include leadership, strategic planning, accountability, operational excellence, workforce planning, safety leadership, financial acumen, communication, collaboration, problem solving, and continuous improvement. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with equivalent experience, minimum 5 years of construction field-ops management experience, proven leadership and budgeting capabilities, and ability to analyze operational data. Physical requirements include site presence and ability to work in varying conditions.
