Job Summary
Electrical Foreman leading a 4–8 electrician/apprentice crew on high-quality commercial/industrial electrical installations. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring crew, ensuring safety compliance and best practices on job sites, planning and overseeing installation per specifications, reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical drawings, tracking progress with Procore and collaborating with Superintendents and General Contractors, conducting inspections to ensure NEC/job-standard compliance, and promoting a safety-first culture aligned with OSHA. Requires 10+ years of electrical experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass a drug screen, two professional references, a valid driver’s license, and owning basic personal tools. Preferred qualifications include completion of an accredited apprenticeship or trade program and credentials such as OSHA-10 or Journeyman License; experience with Procore and Bluebeam; portfolio and referrals are mentioned as optional. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
