Job Summary
Electrical Foreman with 10+ years of electrical experience and a strong background in project leadership. Requires a valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Louisiana or Texas. Supervises electricians on active job sites, coordinates daily activities, ensures safety and quality standards, plans and executes electrical installations, reviews AFC drawings and specifications, interprets blueprints and diagrams, and mentors junior staff. Responsibilities include leading on-site installations and maintenance, troubleshooting electrical systems, documenting progress and material usage, ensuring compliance with NEC and OSHA standards, and coordinating with project managers and engineers to optimize workflow.
Required Qualifications
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electrical work preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in electrical work, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Louisiana or Texas.
- Valid state motor vehicle operator's license & clear driving record to meet Company policy.
