Job Summary
Electrical Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Lead medium to large-scale projects, interpret blueprints and schematics, install and maintain electrical systems (conduit, wiring, panels, transformers, motors, lighting, control equipment), troubleshoot faults in power distribution and control circuits, ensure NEC and OSHA safety compliance, and mentor electricians and apprentices. Responsibilities include planning and directing work, coordinating with project managers and other trades, ordering materials, documenting progress, and providing on-site leadership during critical repairs or outages. The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on electrical work, and career growth opportunities; a company vehicle with a gas card is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of commercial electrical experience
- 5+ years managing crews of 10–15 electricians
- Experience running medium to large-scale electrical projects
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and OSHA regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Skilled in conduit bending, panel installation, motor controls, and power distribution
- Strong leadership, training, and mentoring capabilities
- Clean and valid driver’s license; must pass background check and drug screen
- Must provide own tools
