Job Summary
Electrical Foreman with leadership responsibility for overseeing the assigned electrical scope, including management of material and manpower. Lead, mentor, and motivate crew while collaborating with the project superintendent and other trades to ensure high quality and safety standards, and to meet schedule and customer expectations. Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to document work and communicate progress; travel to the 16,000-square-foot training facility for customized courses at Power Design’s headquarters. Relocation opportunities may be available. The role requires active journeyman or master electrician licensing, strong knowledge of NEC and local codes, plus at least five years of experience supervising multimillion-dollar electrical projects and proficient computer/writing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an active journeyman or master electrician license
- Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and construction safety requirements
- Demonstrated at least five (5) years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor
- Basic computer and writing skills
