Job Summary
Lead and supervise helpers and apprentices to ensure efficient workflow, safe, code-compliant, and on-schedule project completion. Act as the primary on-site contact by addressing customer inquiries and coordinating closely with the Project Manager. Manage day-to-day operations including overseeing material needs with the Warehouse Director, maintaining accurate record-keeping, and ensuring a clean, organized work site. Adhere strictly to company policies, OSHA guidelines, and mandatory PPE requirements while reporting hazards and following safe work practices. Overtime, weekend, and emergency work may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in electrical work or a related field
- Valid Residential/Journeyman Electrician's License
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical capability to perform the essential duties of the job
- Strong verbal communication and leadership skills
- Regularly lift up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged standing and walking on various surfaces
- Frequent ladder use and work at heights
- Regular bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces
- Frequent use of hands for tools and precision work
- Good vision and hearing
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Comply with OSHA safety guidelines
- Report hazards and follow safe work practices
- Overtime, weekend, and emergency work
