Job Summary
Supervise all aspects of electrical installations from ground up by planning, assigning, and directing crews for new installations, maintenance, and repairs. Enforce safety regulations, prepare temporary power plans, and layout underground and room systems using contract drawings or BIM personnel. Track labor projections, material costs, and percent completes while maintaining as-builts, RFI logs, and torque reports. Manage subcontractors, order materials to prevent shortages, and ensure daily jobsite cleanliness and tool security. Complete employee performance evaluations and participate in training classes to ensure projects meet NEC specifications and QA/QC documents.
Required Qualifications
- TDLR Electrical Journeyman License minimum
- OSHA 30 certified minimum or willing and able to obtain it within 30 days of employment
- 10+ years of related experience including being part of large-scale projects
- Experienced with working on the installation of medium voltage gear and all work associated in commercial buildings
- Location: On-Site – Childress, Texas (100% site-based, no remote work)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Project-Based
- Schedule: Average 78 hours per week (typically 12-hour days, 13 on / 1 off rotation)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Industrial electrician: 5 years (Preferred)
