Job Summary
Supervise electrical construction crews on installation or repair projects, including feeders, switch gear, lighting, and related terminations. Collaborate with the Project Manager to create working estimates, lay out work for subordinates, and establish daily schedules and man-loading charts. Direct crew operations while monitoring progress, ensuring proper material, tools, and manpower availability. Manage administrative paperwork, daily reports, and safety investigations to maintain compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Valid Drivers License
- MUST be able to pass a drug and background screen
- Ability to multitask while staying organized
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Positive customer service skills
- Experience in crew leading and or acting as foreman on new ground-up construction projects
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in lighting a plus!
