Job Summary
Lead commercial electrical projects ranging from $300K to $5M+ across hospitals, healthcare facilities, and assisted living sites. Supervise crews of 2 to 10+ electricians, manage assistant foremen, and coordinate field operations while reading blueprints. Handle medical imaging and CAT scan installations, including some prevailing wage work. Full-time, long-term direct hire role with Monday-Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, occasional overtime, and quarterly performance bonuses. Promotes from within with strong career advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Connecticut E1 or E2 Electrical License
- Foreman or crew leadership experience
- Must pass background check, physical, and drug screen (THC not included in testing)
