Electrical Foreman

Oversee and coordinate field operations for commercial electrical installations on construction sites. Responsibilities include interpreting job drawings, staffing crews, deploying personnel, ordering and tracking materials, establishing weekly benchmarks and maintaining schedule milestones, attending project meetings, ensuring safety initiatives are followed, and communicating progress to project management. Candidates should have experience in commercial electrical system installation, supervising multiple field tasks, familiarity with trade inspections, and ability to work outdoors in varied weather. Associated trade certifications are beneficial but not required. Pre-employment background and drug screenings are required.
