Job Summary
Oversee and supervise commercial electrical crews at construction sites, interpret drawings for installation, ensure staffing and material readiness, manage daily field operations, track weekly milestones and schedules, attend project meetings, oversee safety initiatives, promote a team-oriented culture, and communicate progress and needs to the project manager. Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, ensuring timely procurement of materials, and maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced construction environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience completing project installation of electrical systems in commercial settings (3 – 5 years)
- Coordinating multiple field tasks and functions while providing supervision of assigned personnel
- Experience with trade inspections, dealing with jurisdiction inspectors
