Job Summary
Oversee and guide commercial electrical crews on construction sites, deploying personnel, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring the timely execution of project milestones. Interpret drawings to facilitate installation, establish material lists, and secure on-site resources to support daily workflow. Monitor weekly benchmarks and maintain schedule adherence, participate in project meetings, and communicate progress to the PM/field supervisor. Promote a safe, team-oriented work environment with a focus on safety programs, quality control, inspections, and open communication with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience completing project installation of electrical systems in commercial settings
- experience coordinating multiple field tasks and supervising personnel
- experience with trade inspections, dealing with jurisdiction inspectors
- ability to interpret job drawings and facilitate installation of electrical systems
- physical ability to sit, bend, stoop, lift items up to 50 pounds; climb, crawl, squat as needed
- pre-employment background and drug screenings required
